Nothing like any Wyndham I've been before. Room was clean and good condition furnishings but outside needed help. Pool was literally full of dirt. exterior needed painting bad.

Stopped for some rest after leaving Las Vegas from a business trip. Booked the room online thinking we were staying at a Baymont. When we arrived the name on the sign was not Baymont, but a make shift sign covering it. The outside was in horrible condition. The rooms were newly remodeled and some what clean other than Dried urine on the toilet. Got some sleep to finish the drive home, that was the only good thing.
Receptionist/ owner was acting too smart. We booked 2 rooms and the rooms were on different floors. Thought they had rooms available, he willnot change it. No coffee in the room, only 1/3 roll of toilet paper and no tissue or hangers. When I asked for coffee, toilet paper, tissue and hangers he said this is the new rule no extras and just to make me happy he will give me an extra roll of toilet paper and 2 hangers but no tissue. He gave me coffee too. He was not very pleasant though when I checked out he apologized for his behavior and the inconvenience we had.He sounded like he was not happy to be working in his parents hotel/family business. Whyndham should upgrade the standard of this hotel. Hotel has a rundown appearance. Time to update it.
Room was clean. Bfast ok.
Front desk guy was extremely rude, couldnt turn the heater on without the fire alarm going off, and 20 minutes before check out time a male house keeper tried walking into my room without knocking. This was definitely one of the worst hotel experiences in my life,
This Baymont is the best Baymont I have stayed. Check-in was fast and easy. The room was clean and had all the necessary conveniences. The TV had all the programming and the internet was fast and easy to log on. The bathroom was clean and had plenty of strong hot water. The laundry room had brand new Samsung units. The surrounding area was safe and quiet and walkable. Overall, I recommend this Baymont and would stay here again.

It was great! Nice and clean. Very comfortable beds. My only complaint is that upon checking on the guy working the front desk told me if I have any visitors show up that I will be promptly kicked out no questions asked. Aside from it being incredibly rude to say something like that I am pretty sure that is not legally correct.

Marginal property albeit remodeled. Front office staff was outstanding.
I TOOK. A LOOK AND DECIDED NOT TO STAY THERE….. SINCE Expidia ha not been helpfull in the past, so lost the money and didn’t use the reservation.. i stayed at the Double Tree instead
The hotel sign on the street did not say "Baymont". It was something like diamond or whatever.
It took a while for someone to come to the after hours check-in window.
Other than that, the room was clean and bed comfortable.
We arrived for check in and the male on duty came with an attitude and demanded a credit card. I told him I thought I paid online but I would check. He was impatient and threw a couple forms on the counter. I called my daughter to come in and fill them out and she said there was a problem. She was checking reviews for the place and they were awful. She asked to see the rooms before we paid. Another male, who barely spoke English, took us to a room. We noticed immediately that the bed lines were stained. The guy said "you can look for roaches and bed_____." We had booked two rooms and asked why they were not adjoining. The guy got upset and said "that's what he was given." There was one car in the parking lot. All the other hotels we could see were nearly packed. We decided to pass on this place, went across the street, and paid double but had no issues with the staff or the rooms.
Unsafe. I booked this hotel for a Friday night and upon arrival the parking lot was dark and there was one car in the whole lot. It looked like it was in shambles, run down and deserted. It looks like the name of the hotel has changed multiple times - there’s a tarp with the new name of Baymont. If you get there at dark when I did, you’ll see the previous hotel name shine through and when you look at Google maps you’ll see another name - America’s Best Value Inn. It looked very unsafe and super sketchy. I did NOT stay here and both myself & Expedia tried to get my booking refunded but the hotel would not give any flexibility with their non-refundable policy, so I got to eat my overpriced booking with them
These were the rudest, and most incompetent staff I’ve ever had the opportunity of meeting. My friend and I got to a swelteringly hot hotel room turned on the A/C waited 2 hrs to call the front desk to inform and they said for us to wait 45 min and it will cool down in which it didn’t. Management sent us to another room that took another hour to cool down. The bathrooms were dirty with fecal matter and when we called the front desk to clean our room they refused and said it was already clean and we don’t clean them for guest unless they are staying for 3 days. Their “continental” breakfast is less than desirable with cereal a bottle of milk in a fridge and some orange juice; a toaster that doesn’t work and an empty bread box. The manager at one point said this is why I don’t like having Expedia customers staying with us.
