This hotel by far had the worst customer service experience that I have ever had and the many years of traveling I booked a hotel room for my son who has autism spectrum disorder, and had left very specific instructions regarding the accommodations needed for him not only did they not provide the correct room, but there were chip tiles in the shower Which he could cut himself on he was not given the proper room for someone who needed a handicapped accessible shower so he could not use the shower. Hotel itself was not very clean and was poor conditions and most importantly the hotel staff was not only generally rude, they were unkind and went , so far beyond that that they had, my son who is an adult mind you in tears and having a total mental health breakdown due to the way that they treated him they refused to offer him breakfast the next day during the scheduled and posted hours, although it was posted That the dining hours were till 10 AM. He arrived prior to this time and they refused to offer him with any food or beverages which he needed for health reasons and also that he was entitled to the services due to selecting this hotel for having breakfast additionally, my son was treated disrespectfully because he is a member of the LGBTQ community and was discriminated against , for this fact as well, the staff AND MANAGER ON DUTY WAS NOT LGBTQ FRIENDLY. If YOU HAVE A DISABILITY DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!! Lastly they refused to offer him any refund.
