There was dried blood and a large stain of pee or some other body fluid on the comforter! So disgusting! I told the front desk & showed them pics when I checked out (I noticed this when going to bed late so I tossed it on the ground and slept with just a sheet) and they were complacent and acted like they couldn't care less. If this is the level of care and cleanliness, I am grossed out to think what else was overlooked. The floors throughout the hotel are old and dirty and the walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbors say and do...even at 4am when they answer their phone. I wouldn't stay here again. Not clean!

The carpet in hallway was very worn. The front desk clear was not very informative. Asked for mire cash then was on the bill but didnt say it was for deposit till he was questioned. Did not infor us about breakfast hrs. Did not say anythubg about hotel internet and did not give us directions to our room

Great stay!
We went up for a car show and they were perfect place to stay. A delicious breakfast, but would suggest sturdier paper plates and plastic silverware. Will definitely stay there again!

Didn’t like that there was no signage that this was a best western so it was a little confusing to find when it says Americinn on the sign and nothing else even at the front desk there was no signage to say we were at the right place Also had a weird interaction where we left and got some groceries and when we came back the door to the joining room was open when we were sure of it getting locked, my makeup bag and hair straightener were also missing and a worker randomly came and dropped off my makeup bag but no one was able to locate my hair straighter which were both things that were zipped up in my bag Hotel breakfast was okay nothing crazy special but got the job done Room itself was just a average hotel room the bathroom could use some updating and be cleaned a little better but not terrible

Vending machines were dilapidated, one completely out of order. Lobby was rundown, barely clean enough. Part of it was under construction. The hallways were also rundown with dirty carpet. The room: Upon entering, the air was musty and dank. Towels were haphazardly sitting on the rack above the toilet, I did not use them. The tub & shower had pock marks with poor lighting I could see runoff from whatever may have been sprayed upon it, I did not use it. The top cover of the bed had hair on it, the next blanket layer underneath had multiple blood stains and the sheets themselves did not feel entirely clean. The only positives: the vanity sink and microwave were clean and the air conditioning worked to perfection. Shangri-La it was not. How Wyndham added this place to their book of properties I will never know.

I am very picky when it comes to hotel stays so I read reviews prior to booking here. After reading some of the bad reviews, I was hesitant to book here but decided to give them a chance. From my experience here I would say take the bad reviews with a grain of salt. The place looks well maintained, staff were friendly and accommodating. My room was cute, as my girlfriend described it. It was clean, had a fresh feel in the air and was comfortable. Breakfast was awesome and had a variety. I would highly recommend Americ Inn over and over again as a great value and comfortable experience.

It smelled like mildew and cleaning products. The shower nodule didn’t work. We had to keep turning it to get warm water. The tv wouldn’t turn on or off unless pressed tons of times.

YUCK. wouldn’t recommend at all. Got to our room and there was literal feces in the bathtub and they sent someone to clean it instead of a new room. The place was old and dirty and owners were not nice. Will never be back.
