I am extremely unhappy with my experience. Several hours after reserving a room through Expedia, I attempted to check in at this hotel and was told there was no hot water. When I asked about a resolution, I was told there was nothing to be done and that I should look at staying at another hotel in the area. The desk attendant told me I had not been charged for the reservation, but this turned out to not be the case. I paid for the room several days ago and have yet to be refunded. I also think it's unacceptable not to give hotel guests a heads-up that there is no hot water in the building. Very disatisfied.
