The room it self was ok. I only have a couple complaints is the pillows had stains on them and we had to get new ones sent up to the room. The major thing that made it really hard to enjoy our stay is that you can hear everyone walking around, especially the guests in the room above you. It was a very loud hotel and very hard to get a goodnights sleep.

The staff was absolutely fabulous there! Check in was easy and I was upgraded to another room with two beds! They couldn't have been nicer - all of them! I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

The rooms were huge, everything you could need in the kitchen. Breakfast had many options and choices, some of which I’ve never seen offered as a free breakfast before. (Overnight oats and chia) The staff was all wonderful and kind. Only things were the floors were so creaky in the hallways and the lobby. But it is original hardwood flooring and is absolutely beautiful. So well worth the squeaks. Parking is 35 dollars a day, but honestly the convenience of the parking garage and location make up for it. We stayed here for a show at Van Andel and the walk was quick and easy. Recommend and will be staying again.

The room was great. Desk staff was great. The breakfast wasn’t what you would expect for Hilton. Very lit to pick from. The bread was removed before breakfast was even done. But overall, 1st time there was good.
