NOW, I AM SURE I LEFT MI ADIDAS TENNIS HAT IN MY ROOM 126, AND I ASK MY SISTER IN LAW TO FIND IT, BUT IT COULD NOT BEEN FOUND. I WILL APPRECIATE TO FIND IT AND SEND IT TO MY HOME,. I AM PREPARED TO PAY FOR THE TRANSPORT. ONE OF THE LADIES AT FRONT DESK WAS NOIT HELPFUL I WILL APPRECIATE VERY MUCH THAT MI HAT TO BE RETURNED, PLEASE.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

Hotel was located in a clean, quiet location. Felt very safe. It was comfortable, easy to get to and so so quiet. Pool was nice and warm, beds were great. Breakfast was okay.

I waited at the desk for 15 minutes and rang the bell multiple times before someone came to check me in - this was not the middle of the night either - it was around 7pm - there was a line after me. After driving five hours you just want to be able to check in quickly and get to your room. The room was fine but bright lights shine into your room all night and our shade was broken. It was a big room with a couch and that was very nice to have. There’s no where to fill a water bottle up though. It would be nice to have a water filling station or a water fountain or something - seems like a basic amenity to me.

My family and I stayed at this hotel for our mini family getaway trip and we were satisfied with our visit. Check-in was a breeze and the rooms were all cleaned. There were just a few minor flaws but nonetheless everything else was great. The pool was really nice and the water was warm. The kids truly enjoyed it. They have a nice outdoor patio where we had dinner. Breakfast was great. The staff was respectful and helpful and made our stay more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!
