This hotel was fine. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room seemed small and breakfast was not included. The pool was nice and big. The room was clean and updated, but overall, "nothing to write home about."

At check in we were told the kitchen closed at 10pm in case we needed a snack. The bartender informed us the kitchen was closed it was 9:30. That was a huge bummer but the bar space was really cool. When we got to our room no hot water. I called and they said they were working on it. Again huge bummer. I was so exhausted and needed some rest. So i got to shower at 430am before leaving for our flight. Not ok at all. Overall i liked the property,?the pool space looked great, it was clean and the employees seemed very friendly. The airport was very close. If we go back to GR i would give them another try.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would consider returning. The value compared to other comparable hotels in the area was very good and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Most of the hotel was clean however the pool area was not well kept and had trash throughout it and the pool itself was dirty. Our hot water in our room also did not work for the one night we were there. Not a perfect stay but we would consider staying here again.

Find another hotel
Checked in and the room TV did not work. Called desk and over an hour later was told I would get a new room. Packed up, got a new room, unpacked and the TV in the new room also did not work. Called front desk again and was told to pack up and get a new room. I asked if the TV worked in the next room and was told I wouldn’t know until I switched rooms and tried to turn it on. I gave up. Was told that hotel wouldn’t make a charge adjustment because I paid through hotels.com. Hotels.com won’t do anything o make it right. Do yourself a favor and book a reputable hotel directly. At least that way you can dispute the charge.
