We checked in on Friday, December 27th and stayed until December 31. Celebrating our anniversary. We have stayed here in the past and things were wonderful. NOT HIS TIME! Our room was NEVER cleaned. We have to ask for wash cloths and towels. This is not like Embassy Suites. We were disappointed by the housekeeping. We are Hilton Honors members and have never experienced the inconsiderate by Hilton hotels. Sorry but we will find another place to stay to celebrate our anniversary next year.

Upon arrival maintenance was called because the toilet wasn’t working. Maintenance had to be called back that night when the heat wasn’t working. We were told the system was out and were offered a space heater that we declined.

Fantastic Hotel
The hotel is beautiful. It has everything you need for an overnight or extended stay. It was super clean and the staff were amazing. It was very busy but it was pin drop quiet in your room. The breakfast buffet was incredible and they were serving up some great drinks at the bar. Highly recommend staying here!!

It was clean and everyone was nice. However it was never mentioned at check-in that there was a $75 pet fee or that we would be charged for parking. We were asked how many cars we had and I said 2. She filled out 2 parking permits and never mentioned it. We had two rooms but only got 1 car included?
