The biggest thing I would mention is the mattresses were really uncomfortable to sleep on. I barely got any sleep while we were there due to how hard and springy the mattress was.

The pool was incredible! Great place for the kids to play and definitely made it a positive experience. Didn’t have a high chlorine smell, which I like. The hot tub was a nice temp. The customer service was also fabulous. Kind, respectful and helpful! The room itself was okay. We had a room w 2-Queen sized beds and one mattress was definitely newer and more comfortable than the other. The room was clean. This isn’t a newly updated property so if you are looking for new and updated, this isn’t the place to be. For example. the outlets didn’t all keep things plugged in. When we plugged a charger into an outlet, it took a few tries before finding one in the room that worked. We problem solved that so didn’t say anything to the desk. The shower head is a basic shower head, nothing special. Water pressure was great in the shower! The breakfast fed us. I felt for a man who spilled his milk all over himself and the table and floor and was trying to use little napkins to clean up his mess. Some hotels have a bucket w a rag and soapy water available where the dishes go and I see why now. This or a staff member assigned to the food would have been helpful. We arrived at 8am for bfast on Sunday and the food looked like it needed to be refilled already! Parking was easy, as was getting to and from the hotel. Overall, this experience was great; mainly bc of the pool and customer service.

The desk always tries to meet our room requests. It was wonderfully quiet and clean. Our son swims for the university, and there were a kot of home meets on the schedule for this season. I love this place. In the past 3 months, we have chosen to stay here all 7 times. It is very comfortable and the rooms are spacious.

My family and I stayed overnight and upon entering the room two members of my family remarked "this room hasn't been cleaned very well". Upon which my brother pulled a bottle cap from the bed and my elderly mother picked up trash. We only had a bar of soap in the bathroom. We were eager to swim and took advantage of their pool, hot tub, and sauna but I also feel like I should be checked out by a doctor upon returning home seeing as the whole pool area was quite disgusting.

We stayed here for a Packers game, and the location was incredibly convenient for getting to and from the stadium. Our daughter absolutely loved the pool, which was a highlight of our stay. The hotel is definitely family-friendly and the breakfast was decent, as expected. Overall, a great spot for families looking for a comfortable and well-located stay!
