Great Hotel
Love this hotel. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. Close to restaurants and the Creation Museum. Did not eat breakfast but it was a hot meal with great coffee. Highly recommend staying here.

This property had everything you hope to have, and then extras you didn't expect. Fall and Halloween decorations in the lobby and dining area. Full sized shampoo and conditioner instead of trial size. A quiet air conditioner. Properly cooked eggs, bacon, sausage, and gravy, not cold or runny. I will definitely seel out this property the next time I come through this area.

The lack of towel bars on the walls was inconvenient. The lack of a guide for TV shows means having to waste a lot of time determining what is available to watch. The breakfast was good with several choices and the cooked dishes were always hot.

I booked a room for my elderly parents two months in advance. They require a handicap accessible room as my dad uses a walker/cane and needs bars in bathroom and a walk in shower. I called the Monday before their stay to confirm the reservation and was assured everything was good. My parents showed up on Friday and were told they did in fact have a handicap accessible room on the second floor but that the elevator was broken. My father can’t do stairs!! There were no handicap rooms on the first floor available so they were offered a regular room on the first floor. At this point, my parents were not able to get a room elsewhere so they took what they could get. At no point were they offered any sort of discount or compensation. After hearing, I called personally and was told the manager had gone home for the day. I left my information and no one ever called me back. They paid full price for 3 nights in a room that was did not accommodate their needs. We have stayed here in the past but will not be back.

The property needs maintenance, the tiles were popped and cracking. The beds were creaky and seemed like matters was cheap. Needs drywall repair and plumbing drains need cleaned.

The elevator was out of order, the staff called the day before our visit to let us know. I really appreciated them letting us know. It didn’t affect our stay, we didn’t mind walking up stairs to the 2nd floor. The ice machine was also out of order on our floor, a little inconvenient, but I still enjoyed my stay.
