Customer service was not good coming in. Jessica at beginning was good. I booked my hotel online on Hotel.com and wasn't told anything about extra charges. I wasn't told when I was filling out the sheet. I had to ask what the other charges was for. Jessica didn't explain it well. After I showed my receipt from online she went back to get James the manager. He wasn't much better. There's no signage of the fees or anything.
But then it gets worst. The botten for the elevator was broken. Spilled juice or something is on the wall near the elevator. The 1st room (210) toilet was nasty looking. The bath tub looked worst. We called the front desk and the inspector came up. She showed us room 204, it was a slightly better. The tub still looked nasty. We refused to take a shower or bath...dirty rings were around the tub. The caulking on the wall was horrible. Holes in sheets and comforter....please look at the pictures. Remote didn't have batteries and it was the wrong remote for the tv. The black spot on the ceiling/wall looks like mold....nasty looking. Not to mention the nasty workout room. Paying $400 something for 2 nights wasn't worth it. Hopefully breakfast will be decent..... The pictures below don't lie. I didn't post all of them
