Hospital reschedule for Open Heart Surgery.
It was good. Was able to stay the one night and then hotel is willing to work with me on hospital schedule and move the other day, but only if you all at hotels.com will call them and agree to move the night next.

For a 'budget' property, this Holiday Inn is great. Nice staff, super clean room, excellent shower head and hot water, and I really enjoyed the omelettes for breakfast. I usually stay at more expensive places and this made me wonder why. Will definitely stay here again.

It was a good weekend and a great stay overall. We had excellent service from Julia and Ms. Anita. A very walkable location for the gorgeous downtown Greenville Main Street, and very convenient to our event at The Poinsett Club.

The room is a nice size and arranged comfortably. The ac/fan didn't work, so that made it pretty hard to sleep. The staff was all very nice, friendly & helpful. Offered a good breakfast too.

Pleasantly Surprised . We were in town for a conference and the hotels we normally book with were booked solid. We took a chance on a last minute reservation and this location did not disappoint. Kind and courteous staff throughout. We stayed three days. The rooms were spotless and tastefully furnished. With all the amenities of a 5 star hotel. Parking and breakfast were icing on the cake 💯

The bathroom floor was dirty, and the toilet was not stable on the floor. Also, the toilet paper holder was unstable on the wall. Having a dirty bathroom floor seemed unacceptable and made us wonder of the carpet was dirty also. We have been in Greenville three times in the last six months, and this was the most unclean of the three hotels we resided in.

Great option for being in Downtown Greenville
This is a great option for being in Downtown Greenville without breaking your wallet! Very clean hotel, comfortable room, and the staff was very friendly and service was great.

Unfortunately, they charged my credit card for my stay after it was already paid for via Expedia. Asked the manager to fix and was assured it was. Now I have a 350$ charge that I have no idea when it will be taken off my card. Needless to say, I'm not happy about this.
