Cute little place
I loved my stay at High Cotton guesthouse. It was such a neat place, just the right size. Bed was very comfortable, AC worked well, bathroom clean, everything decorated well. Dogs enjoyed the back yard. House in quiet and apparently safe neighborhood. I could walk down the street with dogs without being afraid. I want to go back at my next family visit.

Beautiful Cottage
The cottage is beautiful 1 bedroom guesthouse connected to the owners home. All the amenities and needed technology for those who need to remote work while staying are present. The only down side is parking due to sharing parking with the owners. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay within 5 minutes from Delta State University this is the place to book.

This was a great place to stay. It was very clean, had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. This guest house is so awesome that it is hard to find an open date. The family renting it were very nice and accommodating. I will stay here again.

This was the perfect option for us this year visiting our family for Thanksgiving. We had our own space and could bring our dog. The neighborhood was perfect for getting out early morning runs in as well. Would definitely stay here again!

This was an adorable little property. Very clean and fully stocked. Loved that I was able to bring and refrigerate all my groceries for myself and a teenage athlete, cook a full dinner for myself and a friend, and relax comfortably between days of a busy swim meet. Will happily book again!

Coming Home
We were looking for a low key Memorial Day weekend getaway that wasn't very far from our home. When I checked out VRBO available listings for Cleveland, my husband's hometown, this property popped up. It is literally across the street and two doors down from his childhood home. That sold us. It is a very nice neighborhood...well-known to us. The guesthouse is just as described. Comfortable bed, very spacious, cute decor, plenty of supplies, etc. The instructions for the TV were very helpful. I met the owners, and they were delightful. The only thing I would suggest would be to have available notes / brochures, on the local restaurants and fun things to do in the area. We knew where to go and what to do, but others not familiar with the area might miss out on some of the great things Cleveland / Bolivar County have to offer. It was a great weekend!

Wonderful place!
The property is well located and convenient to everything! Bed was comfortable and kitchen and bathroom were spotless. Check in process was flawless and owners vets hospitable. This is the first place I would look when I visit the Delta again. Try it out!
