the accessible room did not have a walk-in shower. the handicap seat in bathroom was falling apart, loose screws, it was dangerous if someone actually had to sit in it, i brought it down to the desk. breakfast was meager, not the usual we get at a Comfort. at least it was $90 not $150.

The main problem is the counter staff's attitude. It was terrible. They refuse to smile and speak respectfully. The behavior was as if they didn't want to be at their job. I stayed there for 5 days. The contrary, the one women that worked in the morning on July 14 was exceptional and she just showed basic respect for her job that deals with people. I hope this review helps.

Dirty and noisy

The room was dirty, old sauce container and utensils on the floor. Stained towels. Bed and/or bedding smelled like urine. Smelled like pot in the elevators. Kids playing in the hallway past midnight.

Pros- The staff was amazing! From check in to breakfast, everyone was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good. They had 2 waffle makers, eggs, sausage, bagels and yogurt, in addition to cereal. Beds were comfy. Cons- The entire hotel smelled like knock off Fabuloso. The bathroom had mold all over the ceiling. There were stains all over the bathroom walls. AC could barely keep up. The pool had either been recently shocked or they over chlorinated it. The kids swam for less than 10 minutes before they wanted out because their eyes were on fire. I didn’t even go in the water and the smell burned my eyes. We stayed because it was just a place to rest our heads on our way home but I wouldn’t stay again.

I didn't like that Stefanie, checked in a couple that came in after me. She ignored that I was the first one waiting. Then, my room and the couple's room were double booked. We had to get a king size bed.

We had an undesirable start, the AC in the room didn’t work and they only provided towels for three, but we had a party of 5. I was told the dryer was broken and I had to wait until the next day to get towels. Also told there wasn’t maintenance onsite to check the AC. Thank God for Mary the General Manager who came to the rescue. She gave us towels and checked the AC. We made it through the night and the next day the AC was fixed. Shout out to the Breakfast worker who was very nice!! The hotel was very clean.

EXCELLENT Customer Service! Very clean rooms, Very comfortable bed, bed covers and pillow cases were Very clean snow white and wrinkle free. The only thing that lacks in the shower there is shampoo and conditioner in the racks but no shower gel. Bring your own soap or shower gel. Although bars of soap are provided the bars are very small. Overall very nice, quiet, and clean hotel to stay with GREAT Customer Service. These ladies @ the front desk Jasmine, Krissy, Mary, and Nene are the Greatest! Awesome Customer Service. Must visit
