Extremely unpleasant

The staff was extremely rude and would give me the name of the individual who was responsible for our horrible experience here. I haven’t had any issues with staying anywhere worth me leaving a negative review over.. this place and the staff deserves the donkey of the day!

This multilevel hotel has a nice overlook of the city and hilltop feel. A more established residence with friendly staff. Breakfast was filling and well stocked with an onsite covienemces for purchase. Thank you for a good nights rest.

the accessible room did not have a walk-in shower. the handicap seat in bathroom was falling apart, loose screws, it was dangerous if someone actually had to sit in it, i brought it down to the desk. breakfast was meager, not the usual we get at a Comfort. at least it was $90 not $150.

The main problem is the counter staff's attitude. It was terrible. They refuse to smile and speak respectfully. The behavior was as if they didn't want to be at their job. I stayed there for 5 days. The contrary, the one women that worked in the morning on July 14 was exceptional and she just showed basic respect for her job that deals with people. I hope this review helps.

The room was dirty, old sauce container and utensils on the floor. Stained towels. Bed and/or bedding smelled like urine. Smelled like pot in the elevators. Kids playing in the hallway past midnight.
