Situated directly under the Chateau de Grimaud , this newly renovated village house is in walking distance to twelve restaurants, two boulangeries & several bars .
It is a short 8 minute drive to the beaches or you can hop on the village free shuttle bus instead !
Saint Tropez is just 10 km away !

Inside is a spacious open plan lounge , dining , kitchen beautifully furnished & opening onto a small terrace for outside dining .

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven , induction hob , dishwasher , washing machine , tumble dryer & Nespresso machine .

Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms , 2 with large 180cm beds & 1 with two 90cm single beds .All bedrooms are air-conditioned & furnished with quality cotton sateen bed linen.

The family bathroom is located upstairs with a cast iron freestanding roll top bath and separate walk in shower . Downstairs is a second bathroom with walk in shower .
