We couldn’t have asked for a better property to stay at while in Grindelwald! It was absolutely beautiful, the breakfast was amazing, staff incredible, very convenient being next to Grindelwald Terminal, and most importantly we just loved Peppa the cat!

Extremely hot and noisy room. Very minimalist with very few plugs and space to store everything. Great location and friendly staff.

Perfect Location

The architecture and decor seemed a bit industrial to us at first, but we quickly settled in and were quite comfortable. Staff were very helpful despite the construction onsite, and the location was ideal, just a short walk from the gondola terminal that took us up the mountain towards Jungfraujoch. The view from our room was obstructed, but walking outside revealed spectacular mountain scenery in every direction.

Great hotel that allowed us to store our luggage for multiple nights while we were staying up at a hut. Great breakfast. A bit far of a walk from town (or take the bus) so food options near by more limited. Our room was facing the construction so was a bit loud in the morning. Helpful staff with quick check in.

3rd time staying here and will keep coming back, love the location and all the room have the mountain/alps view and conviniet in regards the transportation as the Grindelwald Terminal is just 2-3mins walk, breakfast good too.

A youth hostel at a price of 4 star hotel

I reserved a room with a view and paid more, but the view is completely different from the their photos. A building under construction a few yards away from my window blocked outside view and I had to close the curtain all the time. The staff at the reception denied the change of room and the payback the amount for view. They are cheating.

GREAT place to stay

3rd floor has great views of JUNGFRAU. The location is excellent as it is just beside the Grindelwald Terminal ( no noise from trains at all). Very clean and modern looking interior.

A Great Grindelwald Getaway

So happy we booked our stay here. The hotel is right near the train station, close to town and hiking trails, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast is great. All for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend.

This was a nice hotel. There was construction going on so a bit noisy. Staff at breakfast and in lobby were nice and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Located near a gondola and had a coop (grocery store) within 100 meters or so. Also very close to the train station. A walk up the hill to the main area of town but there’s a shuttle that comes by on the half hour.

The hotel was out of town so you had to take a bus to get to restaurants and shops. On the other hand, it is right by the train station. The surrounding area is very picturesque.
