A large 2-storey granite house, 250 m2 decorated with charming travel souvenirs from around the world, modern paintings and sculptures, antique furniture lovingly crafted. Equipped to comfortably accommodate 12/13 people, with comfortable bedding, elegant crockery in abundance, numerous dishes and cooking utensils for friendly meals, dishwasher, fireplace ... it is the ideal home to meet with family or friends ... just as nice for a family of 4 who loves space as for a group of 12+ people.
It offers large reception rooms of 70 m2 on the ground floor: a lounge / dining room of 40 m2, a TV lounge of 20 m2 with fireplace, a very large kitchen in the former diner, overlooking a walled garden with Outdoor dining room and garden furniture with sun loungers.
On the 1st and 2nd floor, 6 bedrooms and a small lounge with sea view. 3 bedrooms have sea view. 2 bedrooms with a 160 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with a 140 cm bed, 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. 90cm. Couch in the small living room. Child's bed in the living room upstairs.

Très bon emplacement
Grande maison dans "son jus" mais confortable. La proximité avec le port et le bourg en font un agréable lieu de villégiature. Excellents échanges avec la propriétaire.Par contre le ménage laisse vraiment à désirer ! Peu de place dans la cuisine pour ranger les affaires, et les éléments four,frigo et lave vaisselle mériteraient d'être changés.

Vieille maison de charme Le seul problème est que nous avions réservé une maison avec 7 chambres et 6 salle de bain et que en fait il n'y en a que deux. Il serait bon d'envisager de changer les matelas qui s'écroule au milieu. Bon séjour quand même.

Une maison pleine de charme et d'histoire
Nous nous sommes réunis pour fêter nos 70 ans avec enfants et petits-enfants ( 13 personnes). Cette maison pleine de charme est chargée d'un passé que nous aimerions connaître. Nous nous y sommes sentis comme chez nous et avons passé une semaine très harmonieuse. Bien sûr, elle mériterait quelques rénovations (électricité, plomberie, plafonds...) mais telle quelle, elle a parfaitement répondu à notre attente.

Une maison de caractère idéalement située
La maison est très bien équipée, confortable et a du cachet ! Le jardin est très appréciable, calme et bien orienté. Tout est bien prévu pour accueillir un grand groupe (espace détente dans le salon, espace salle à manger et terrasse). La localisation est parfaite, toute proche du port, des commerces et des restaurants/bars, sans que ce soit bruyant. Seul bémol : ménage à 110 euros, un peu cher pour l'état de la maison (beaucoup de poussière, vaisselle rangée assez sale et frigo que nous avons dû nettoyer à notre arrivée).

Maison, pouvant accueillir beaucoup de monde, bien située entre le Port et le bourg. Une réserve sur la propreté de la vaisselle. Et ce serait bien de pouvoir faire l’obscurité dans les chambres par des rideaux ou des volets Sinon, rien à dire, tout s’est très bien passé.

le temps étant pluvieux nous aurions aimé pouvoir disposer de livres , documents sur groix et jeux qui étaient enfermés dans la bibliothéque la maison a vraiment une âme ,il faut l'apprécier dans son"jus" et ses souvenirs merci de la confiance accordée par les propriétaires Un bémol quand même, les installations électriques sont un peu vétustes si on y va avec des enfants

Avons passé un excellent séjour à 11 personnes + 4 qui nous rejoignaient pour les repas .Il faisait beau et le jardin avec sa tonnelle nous ont ravis . Maison atypique , spacieuse , juste un petit rafraîchissement des murs et plafonds serait un mieux .On pourrait y revenir avec plaisir .
