Home from home
Home from home, mother in law fell while on holiday and broke her shoulder, the hotel couldn’t do enough for her, moved her room to a ground floor and helped cut up her food every night. Immaculately clean, lovely grounds and very tasty food. Recommended and we will definitely be back

Nice quiet location with very relaxing gardens & surroundings. Brilliant location for bus into St Helier or to Gorey. Hotel staff very friendly & helpful. Service excellent and rooms very clean & comfortable.Would definitely recommend to family & friends. We had a fabulous holiday there.

An excellent hotel let down by poor maintenence issues in bathrooms, large bath towels, and no grab bars to get in and out of bath/shower or usb ports. Food was of a great quality, friendly staff, great bus service.

Large room and bathroom both kept very clean. The bed and pillows were comfy. The staff on reception were always very friendly and helpful. The floor standing fan was appreciated during the hot nights.

The property was clean and comfortable. The staff was amazing and friendly. The food was good but some of the portions were too big example the spaghetti bolognaise was very big and was served with a side salad where the portion should be a bit smaller and maybe served with garlic bread instead as so many people was leaving it as they was so full up. Very good stay

Lovely hotel, very convenient to the castle. Most staff were friendly & the breakfast was great. Breakfast room has a strange smell. It was quiet & comfortable and very quiet apart from rude guests 1 night.

The hotel and staff were friendly. The room was spacious. Breakfast was adequate enough. Not many if any dairy free options. A lot of the older generation go here so be prepared for stares and judgement if you’re under 50. The room was unbelievably hot. Not much air if you’re ground floor as it’s a door and small window and unsafe to have the door open all night for air to circulate. Great location

Wonderful staff, especially reception and breakfast team members. Hotel is in a superb location, and Jersey is a fantastic visit for families. Hotel room was better than expected as was pool room.
