We have stayed at this hotel many times. This time, we noticed that bed sheets are stained, towels are not bright white as before and they are also thin. Safety can be an issue because that have a door at the entrance fir which you need your key to access the elevators. That door was propped open many times times during our last stay. Management needs to find a way to make sure make sure the door serves its purpose for the safety of the guests and staff. We really like this hotel and wcontinue staying here. Area is, safe and offers lots of dining options. Galerías shopping center is near by and staff is very nice and helpful

Beautiful hotel, nice area
We stayed here last year and came back because it’s such a nice hotel with a convenient kitchen area. And the air conditioner and the water temperatures are great, too, which we’ve had problems with other hotels in Mexico.
