Terrible check-in. Lack of communication. Poor personality from most. We got better treatment by the maids, always sweet and helpful. Elevator work was done during a busy time without having functional escalators. We had to be escorted down a set of stairs that were no conditioned for guest. Water was cold one of the nights, cold shower was not welcomed in a cold winter night. We will never return.

Starting with the great service at valet. Front desk was great they even gave us a complimentary cookie and complimentary desert at the roof top restaurant. I got to say the interior of the building is beautiful and extremely clean. The room is great. Everything clean, 4 pillows per bed and mattress are nice and comfortable. Highly recommended if you want to stay near the cathedral. I paid an extra $500 pesos to get a view of the cathedral from my window.
