Not 5 stars!
It’s a nice hotel. Staff is wonderful. But if the hotel’s intent is to provide first class service, it fails when it comes to temperature control. Some areas stay pretty hot. We set our room to com down to 19 Celsius and it never went below 23-24, something that made us think is preset and controlled by hotel. It was not the best experience. I wouldn’t repeat my stay for this alone. I realize that AC is a life standard in the US, and not in Mexico, so saying there is AC and finding it not comfortable as you come in, feels like a deception.
