Upon arrival we had to wait 42 minutes for a crew of 8 people to each check in. Unforunately the receptionist was by herself, and the check-inn for each person was quite a lengthy process. The receptionist couldn't find our reservation but fortunately I had a copy of it. The room was very clean, and the small bed was comfortable. However there was NO CLOSET space, nor iron or ironing board. We requested one but it was never provided. The towels were nice and thick and the bathroom was a nice size given the small bedroom size. The blackout pull-down blinds worked really well. The view of a 4-lane avenue under construction and thus, heavy traffic was hideous. The tv remote wasn't working properly. The a/c worked SUPER WELL ! A coffee maker is provided as well as bottled water. (2).

Overall stay was excellent. Staff was friendly and the cleanliness was amazing their amenities are amazing and it’s so convenient to the airport . Only have to say is that their food is lacking a bit in quality and taste the breakfast is excellent but menu items are a bit bland.

This is a super convenient hotel to the airport. Without the construction delays on the road, the hotel is only five minutes away. Shuttle was there to pick us up and drop us off at the airport after our stay. Hotel gave us an early check in. Room service was fantastic, and the buffet breakfast is not to be missed for the price, this property cannot be beat
