Good place the stay , rooms are not very clean , there is a restaurant in ground floor , that plays loud music and open till late night. Something those loud music can bring noise inside the room .

Stayed Here for the night with my family, the whole Staff was very nice and attentive. I needed a crib for my baby and as soon as I walked into my room they came knocking with the crib. Also close by to the shopping mall, and was able to grab a beer downstairs, loved that.

Pésima atención en el mostrador, hubo un problema con expedia que no se reflejó el pago al hotel, cosas que uno entiende pueden pasar, sin embargo el hotel trató sumamente mal a mis papás, como si fuera culpa de ellos y nos exigió que nosotros arregláramos todo con expedia, expedia muy atento nos ayudó en todo, sin embargo los teléfonos que expedia tiene del hotel NADIE CONTESTA, por lo que yo tuve que darme a la tarea de marcar a todas las extensiones del hotel hasta que encontré a la chica de reservaciones, que me trató super altanera igual haciéndome sentir como que fue mi culpa, hasta que logré sacarle un número de teléfono donde si contestaran y así brindárselo a expedia para que ellos pudieran arreglar todo. Me tuve que tomar medio día de mi trabajo para arreglar esto, cuando si el hotel desde un principio hubiera dicho por favor comuníquense con expedia y díganles que nos marquen a este número para resolver el asunto, esto se hubiera resuelto en 1 hora máximo. Lo que más molesta es la actitud del hotel, que hizo sentir a mis papás como si fueran unos muertos de hambre que no pagaban y los obligaron a abrir voucher para cobrarles doble, cuando la reservación tenía más de 10 días pagada.

Ubicación conveniente.
Fué una buena experiencia, el hotel esta convenientemente localizado frente a un centro comercial muy grande. Cuando no estabamos trabajando, pudimos ir a la plaza a pasar la tarde.
