Very very Brand new property! This was an awesome stay with the family. Central located but not in the center which is awesome for the peace and quiet ( of course the occasional callejonada) that passes by through the night but it’s part of the city’s tradition. The pool and the hot tub were open and they were magnificent not many properties have this amenities. The only issue we had and I mean the only issue was the hot water not working, other than that everything else was perfect. Location, amenities and staff 10 out 10, i definitely will come back to Casa Kloster when around Guanajuato city.

First, you get what you pay for. And here, the service was excellent, as everyone one of our few requests were met with a smile and an alacrity toward fulfilling them. Our room was beautiful, very clean, and thoughtfully appointed. In terms of location, it's right where you want to be if you enjoy outdoor dining and entertainment. But far enough away to be able to shut out the sounds of the evening behind your hotel room door. We plan to stay there again, for sure!

Gem in Centro
Elegant and refined restoration of fine historic architecture. Our first room had no window which was disconcerting but staff assisted in an upgraded room. Beautiful breakfast at additional modest charge. No bar or other food service. Lack of English speaking staff was cumbersome. Spa like pool not suitable for real swimming and no fitness center (yet). This is a very recent srart up that I trust will much improve with time and experience.

Very nice small boutique hotel. Staff was very kind and accommodating. Free breakfast served on the rooftop terrace. No parking, but all the hotels in the area are like this- would still recommend.

Clean and modern! Just a minute's walk from the city center, this location strikes the perfect balance between a peaceful atmosphere and easy accessibility. The staff is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. It’s a safe and convenient place to stay, allowing us to return to the hotel during our sightseeing adventures to freshen up or take a brief rest. We absolutely loved it!

The property is brand new ! The Newest hotel in core of historical downtown . You don’t need a car you can just walk around . The hotel was just opened when we got there so the pool was not usable ! Please note the staff does not speak English . There are a lot of music band walking around at night so if you are early sleeper you would need an ear plug for sure .

Pésimo , no tiene estacionamiento , el ruido es terrible no se puede dormir la habitación olía mal no tienen aromatizantes muy caro para el hotel promedio que es instalaciones viejas que están solo repintadas y de noche se pasa todo el ruido de sus “suites “ de lujo que venden muy mal el personal increíble muy atentos el hotel malo
