Hotels.com可能沒有入住酒店協議
在hotels.com即晚訂房，晚上10pm到了酒店不能checkin, 查詢等候45分鐘也沒有回應。職員相信並没有直接和hotels.com簽訂任何協議，只是買單訂房。 在别無选擇下，打長途电话到hotels.com求肋，Eva接聽，只說英語，無法和酒店員工通話。只能承諾bills department 白天查詢，盡量不charge credit card. Eva 承諾賠償IDD 費用，$50, 收线。 酒店職員最後要求直接入住，不經HOTELS.COM, 入房时11:34. 當晚用英文email作出投訴，11/29 09:40 收到 cspcustcare-ct-hk-x-htll@hotels.com回复。。。。。"我們只處理中文電子郵件，因此無法解決您的問題" 本案將被關閉。 Can you provide any complain channel? Can you accept above reply from your HK or GZ office?

失望的一晚
在網上看到這間酒店有很高的評分，所以訂了入住一個晚上，但酒店給與的感受是非常失望。酒店的外表以不大討好及有点残舊ˇ。我是單人入住當晚轉换了3個房間，我訂是商務加大雙人床客房。據知每個楼層只有一間這種房，第一間客房的浴室不夠光亮及殘破，淋浴間跟坐厕沒有分格同在約5呎地方，梳洗盤的去水喉未接緊污水出口，引至鬆脱，污水直接流出浴室地面上。而房間电視也接不上信号,所以要求换房。第二間換了另一樓層的雙床房，亦因电視收不到信号，酒店服務人员嘗試修復也接不上,據知是酒店未有交費，所以信号被截。又轉了另一雙人房，房間免强都可以接受，而淋浴間跟坐厠都有一幅玻璃之格，因淋浴間没有門，所以淋浴時都會有水洩出來弄濕其它地方。第二天由於电力維收由早上9-12時停电。雖然入住時以獲通知。但酒店没有作出任何最基本的照明安排。由其要客人提着行李箱從黑暗的樓梯走下幾層樓到地面是十分危險的，如發生意外，洒店要付上很重的責任。
