Unfortunately, we did not have a good stay. From the start things were rocky, we never received a call when our room was ready and had to check back twice; dining was extremely slow - it took and our and a half to make a fish in the oven and then they must have left it on the counter bc it came out cold, plating was also not appealing; when we finally got a room there was a puddle on the floor from the air conditioning, someone came said it was fixed, woke up at 1am with a broken ac, front desk had to work with the restauran manager (couldn’t get a hold of other managers) to find another unit in working condition and change our ac, then finally went to sleep and ac started making a loud noise at 6:30am; when we told the morning manager we wanted to end our reservation early her response was we had to leave by 1pm in order to get a refund fir the night i would cancel (which takes 3-5 days). All of this was bc we asked to leave at no point did they offer anything for the inconvenience. Spa was fine.
