The staff were unwilling to provide a towel at the pool unless you presented ID EVEN THOUGH YOU HAD A ROOM KEY AND A POOL PASS FROM THE FRONT DESK. HOW MANY PEOPLE BRING THEIR ID with them to the POOL??? No one tells you this until you come out of the pool and get refused a towel.
