The bathroom has two drain, one in the shower area and the other one next to the the toilet. Once you start showering all the water comes out on the next to the toilet so once you done showering and step out off the shower, you step in to a pool of water. All floors area in the bathroom is full of water. When I check it out in the morning the guy ask me if everything was okay, I told him about the issue in the bathroom and he knew about that issue already it looks like they have not fixed for a long time. For that I give them one star.

This hotel was wonderful. Staff were super friendly and available. The hotel itself was always clean, both inside and around the property. The rooms were beautiful and priced right. Most definitely staying here again. Originally we had broken our trip into two parts. We were staying at a different hotel on the way back to the city but we loved this hotel so much we cancelled our other booking and booked the Wyndham again. The breakfast is a nice bonus. We were there for 7 days and the variation of breakfast foods was good. We were originally worried it would be the same dishes everyday but they changed it up. We appreciated that! The location of this hotel is also good. Very easy to get to different areas of the city in a reasonable time. Great stay!

Never go where you are not welcome.
This was a family trip, ...Marco Tulio at front desk total unfriendly, limit to say "no rooms available, checking is at 3 pm"...didnt even mention expedia status which was our hope to get room at 1 pm that we show up....road trip with 3 yrs and 7 yrs old girls and 1 didnt feel well, which was the reason we had to finish our trip abruptally the next day. By the way, there is no hot water un room 207, however Javier got ud another room, thx Javier, you rock!

Beautiful Ann's excellent customer service. I've stayed here several times and each time service had been outstanding. The restaurant and staff provide outstanding service and the selections are exquisite. Love this hotel. Very reasonably priced considering the excellent service and very, very clean rooms. It's also very close to the airport. On a Saturday morning it only took me 8 minutes to get to the airport. Love it.

The front desk staff was very nice. We were referred to an excellent restaurant across the street. They got us a cab to the airport early the next morning. Very efficient. The room was spacious and very clean.
