When I made the reservation, I requested a room with a balcony and suttle. In the price, it was not indicated that the shuttle would have an extra cost.
When I confirmed the shuttle service at the hotel, I was told that I had to pay for this. The room, although it had a balcony as requested, was changed from the reservation, it was not private, it did not have dark curtains and the doors to the balcony did not close easily. When I checked out, I requested an invoice for my stay, for which I was told that Expedia had to send it to me because I made the reservation with that application
Conclusion I understood that in that hotel making a reservation through Expedia did not give me any guarantee that what I requested would be provided and that for the front desk staff those reservations are not important.
