Mi estancia en este hotel dejó mucho que desear. Los precios son extremadamente altos en comparación con el deficiente servicio que brindan. Por el costo, esperaba al menos un nivel de atención que correspondiera a lo que uno paga, pero la experiencia estuvo muy por debajo de cualquier estándar razonable. No es el precio en sí el problema, sino que uno espera que la calidad esté alineada con el costo. La comida fue una gran decepción: de baja calidad, insípida y claramente preparada sin cuidado. La frescura brillaba por su ausencia, y se sentía más como la comida de un comedor económico que la de un hotel con todo incluido. El servicio al cliente también fue problemático. El personal mostraba una actitud desinteresada y poco profesional, y en las pocas ocasiones en que solicitamos asistencia, la respuesta fue fría e incluso grosera. Además, la limpieza del hotel era inaceptable. Las áreas comunes estaban sucias y mal mantenidas, y la habitación no se quedaba atrás en cuanto a problemas de higiene. Para colmo, el aire acondicionado funcionaba de manera inconsistente. En resumen, este hotel tiene tarifas elevadas que no se justifican en absoluto. Entre la comida mediocre, el mal servicio, la falta de limpieza y los problemas con el aire acondicionado, mi experiencia fue muy negativa. Definitivamente no lo recomendaría ni volvería a hospedarme aquí.

First of all, the reservation I made through Expedia was not in their system. The deluxe room I reserved facing the sea was not available either. They gave me one on the sixth floor and the view was of a building. The air conditioning did not work. They also did not give me credit because that was an Expedia problem and not yours. The car company did not want to give me the car if I did not buy insurance with them because the insurance that Expedia sells is not valid in the Dominican Republic.

The accommodations were not correct for majority of our wedding group. Rooms had to be changed upon arrival making a long wait. The pool areas need some work as the bar pool had gritty cement pieces falling off. The entertainment was lackluster

I was not able to get to the resort because of airline delays and cancellations. The resort wont give me a credit or a refund for not being able to get to the Dominican Republic. I called many times for assistance with this matter. I am very disappointed and upset with the outcome
