It was terrible.. usually it is great but we were there to pick up our niece and it was a problem...her mother was there and confirmed it was ok the hotel I said the mother has to be there but she had to work the next day...she stayed and went to work from there. It all worked out but we didn't get our drink vouchers and breakfast was cold..I know it is the holidays but all guests deserve equal treatment.

I couldn’t have asked for better service! They picked me up from the airport, got me checked in smoothly, set up my shuttle back to GYE the next day, and even gave me recommendations of what to see since I was only there for 1 night. The hotel is attached to the Mall Del Sol and your room key gets you in through a secure entrance. Definitely check out the mall! The buffet breakfast was next level! For only $12 you get a wide variety of Ecuadorian foods, more traditional US style breakfast items, breads, fruits, omelet bar and more. I. The US, a buffet like this could easily cost $25 and now offer 1/2 as many options. You get great value for your money! I would absolutely stay here again.
