This three-story home is located on a quiet, dead-end street in a beautiful area of Guerneville, just a short stroll from the community's beach. Downtown is home to several excellent restaurants, great live music, and eclectic shops just over a mile across the bridge. This is also the perfect home base for day-tripping, with world-class wineries, Armstrong Redwoods State Natural Reserve four miles away, and Sonoma Coast State Park less than 15 miles.

Whether you're vacationing with family, friends, or a significant other, you'll love coming home to this le of property and its lovely views of the surrounding woods and hills. Get the gas grill going for a barbecue dinner on the deck, then head upstairs to the balcony to open a local bottle of wine at sunset.

The house is beautifully equipped for stays long and short, offering everything from an open kitchen with stainless steel appliances to complimentary WiFi and a detached cottage with an ideal remote workspace. Spend your evenings sharing appetizers around the kitchen island, reading by the woodstove, and streaming your favorite movies as the day's clothes spin in the washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
