The property benefits from its own water supply system (Borehole) with a water pressure pump installed to boost water pressure for a good power shower.

The property also benefits from running water, fitted European Kitchen with white goods and TV system. The house has spacious lounge, open plan dining room, spacious front garden with plenty of shade for outside relaxation during daytime or evenings.
