One of the weirdest holiday inns I have ever stayed.
1. It is almost 30 kms away from Cyberhub so certainly not a prime location
2. It is built over a mall so always noisy below
3. I asked for a couple of plates and they asked me to pay 200 rupees per plate as cover charge. Yeah, for empty plates
4. The bathroom door doesn’t latch. The same door is shared with the shower area so you can either shower or close the bathroom door
5. There are no wardrobes just a couple of hangers
Food at the mall below is great. But wouldn’t recommend this place.
I really liked the area in which it is built. As of today, the area has lot of open area and an awesome view of the setting sun. With close proximity to the newly opened Dwarka Expressway it is only going to get better. The property is nearby to many DLF properties and that shows that this property ia surrounded by prominent folks.
It was not a great experience since room service really slow… intercom not working properly once reach to service no one pick call
Had to change room since it was too dirty, I’ve made a video as well after showing video changed the room
Nice place , clean and nice ambience only thing was tv didn’t work , and there was no mini bar in the room , which was strange for hotel . Rest was all good
Value for money, built over a small shopping mall so convenient for variety of a few restaurants if you want a change from the hotel restaurant. Staff in general very helpful. Coffee service at breakfast is typically slow but breakfast has reasonable variety. Ms. Sakshi Singh is a credit and excellent ambassador for the hotel and goes above and beyond to make your stay smooth & seamless.
Demanded unnecessary money also power was gone for around 2 hour service was very delayed.

One-night stay on business trip
Stayed 1-night at this hotel on a business trip. The room was clean and tidy but was lacking all of the essential necessities - towels, toiletries, and such. The beds were comfortable but the room itself was quite cramped compared to other places I've stayed at for similar rates even in more popular parts of the city. My stay included a breakfast buffet which was ok. The front desk and restaurant were friendly and helpful.

Clueless Managers & leads
The hotel staff is predominantly bunch of interns. That is not the main issue. The junior staff does put in a lot of effort. The issue is that all leads and managers on duty do not have a clue of what needs to be done. They are not giving the junior staff any good direction and that will lead to a lot of bad experience overall. If it was not for the location - I would have certainly checked out of the hotel on second day.
