Check in, get to my room. Turn on the TV. "No Signal"
Go to the front desk, and mention this. While I am talking to the front desk person, someone else comes in with the same issue. Turns out the whole place had no TV access. And my complaints were met with the desk person to tell me to stop interrupting him, so he could say what he wanted to say. Kind of bad customer service...
I didn't care about being offered a $20 discount. I wanted my TV to work! If I had known they didn't have a TV, I would not have booked it. Later he said, "well, since you booked through Expedia, not much I can do, though you can move to a different hotel...
Only other place close is much more posh and expensive.
