• Shoes: Remove shoes indoors or ensure they are free of dirt to help keep the home clean.
• Overnight Guests: Visiting guests not on the reservation require prior approval.
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed outdoors only.
Pet Policy (for Travelers with Dogs)
• Cats are not permitted due to severe allergies.
• Dogs must be pre-approved (limit 2 dogs, under 70 lbs, and at least 1 year old).
• Pets are not to be left unattended in the home.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. A $75 fee applies if pet waste is not removed.
• Keep pets leashed around the neighborhood.
• Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds.
• Report any pet-related damage before checkout.
• Please minimize barking out of respect for neighbors.
