I loved the room that we were in. It was nice to Netflix, laundry room, safety features; overall I was pleased. Unfortuantely, there is zero sound proofing. My sleep was interrupted multiple times a night, every night, by the outside noises and by other guests staying in the hotel. I'm not a light sleeper, it takes quite a bit to wake me up. A few times, it sounded like someone was building a kitchen upstairs and the hammering extended until 2 am. You can hear the conversations of the people next door (my room abutted to the next condo room). The design and cleanliness was excellent. My only complaint is the amount of noise.

Great spot! The walls seem a little thin and unfortunately we had a rude neighbour Who banged on our wall a lot. The room and property were amazing! Very spacious and has everything you need for a weekend stay!

If you want quite don’t go on the weekend. It’s in the heart of the entertainment district! Great units! The coffee place across the street is amazing Ellie’s bistro just a few doors down is tops! Mezza on the corner and open until 12! Units are perfect for those who like a kitchen.

Fantastic fully equipped 2-bedroom apartment conveniently located for our Mother-Daughter trip. Will stay again. Those who give this property lower reviews have had unnecessary complaints because they did not read the communications. Immediately upon booking, the property management sends an email to advise that there is no onsite parking however paid parking options are a very short walk away. They openly share that the hotel is attached to a bar (The Pint) and there it is loud (on weekends until 2am), so you can change your mind. The 2-bedrooms are at the front of the property so this is not an issue, however you can hear other units. Lastly, they also indicate - quite clearly - that check-in is 100% electronic. We liked this and it was easy. There are complimentary laundry facilities on every other floor. The beds are comfortable. And, the units are modern. Not to mention, great value.

The hotel is near many restaurants, bars and stores, all walkable. Some inconvenience is that the shower stay always wet because the drain is too high and there is many signs of water infiltration around the suite. But it was really clean and everything is in order and recent.

I understand the property is managed electronically but you should be able to call someone. The fact that their hours of operation end when guests check in is absolutely ridiculous. The place itself is OK. Uncomfortable. I wouldn’t return.

The property was great once we got into the building. The main door code wouldn’t work and the hotel said there is a number we can contact if their are issues. Unfortunately this number is also automated. Told us to re check in and we will get another code. The issue is if you do not have your confirmation number there is no way to reset the code. My phone had died trying to sort the codes out. Luckily other guests were able to let me into the building and our suite code worked fine. I understand there is no staff working at the hotel and why that can make the price cheap. Eventually it comes down to a safety issue. Being locked out of the hotel late a night would not he ideal for any person. Cell phones get lost, stolen or broken. Hotel should provide a landline phone in the lobby to talk to a human on the other end to help problem solve door codes.

Property is fine but self check-in is bad. I did everything I was supposed to before the check-in but the code I had did not work and the contract number was useless. The keypad was malfunctioning which meant that once we entered we could not leave all together someone had to stay behind, very bad.
