The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room is well-appointed. However, there were many problems:
I was awoke by a knock on the door and people opening my door. It was staff asking about restocking my mini bar. I had to tell them twice I was fine and to leave me in peace. The "do not disturb" sign was present. An hour later, as I was dressing after my shower, a man knocked and tried to open my door. It was maintenance -- I had not called and had no issue. I threw on a dress and told him he was in the wrong room. I tried to call reception FOUR TIMES, with no answer. I let it ring for a minute each time. I was very upset by someone trying to get into my room repeatedly -- hours before the checkout time and with the "NO"/do not disturb sign up. As a woman traveling alone, this was scary. I do NOT recommend this hotel. They were of little help or concern when I checked out since I paid through Hotels.com.
When I left, there was very loud construction happening in the lobby. (Grinding of metal, with dust.) It was hard to hear the staff.
