I live in the Middle East and ask hotels.com give me back as an exception refund for 3 days I didn’t stay I had to cut my trip short as airlines cancelled flights home I was looking for understanding and humanitarian help. How can I trust hotels.com now

Good hotel
Good location, close to a shopping mall. The city center is a 15 minute bus ride away. The hotel itself is a bit old but the rooms are comfortable and clean. Overall good value for money.

Perfect for Business with secure Parking
Stayed at the Hotel for business. Used the secure underground parking for the hotel which was easy to use and didn't struggle to find a space. Only used the bar due to the timings of my work, but service was great and large selection of drinks. Reception service was friendly & spoke good English. And room was clean. Would use again.

This hotel should be rated 3 star and not 4 No air con in the hotel not just our room Iron was leaking water No room service (supported by receptionist) No house keeping (supported by receptionist) No double bed (2 single mattresses are joined together to make double bed. There is always a crack in bed. Bad if you have little child or couple and spine) Not happy and checked out in 6 hours

The restaurants in the hotel are quite nice. The breakfast menu was surprisingly very good. I didn't like the room as its quite old and needs modernizing. TV was disappointing as there are no good English channels like BBC or CNN.

Great Hotel to stay if visiting Hamburg
Staff great, consistently good service, Rooms clean and well maintained, great breakfast, Smoking rooms available if you want. Down stairs bar & restaurant excellent food and service with good staff. Can't say any more than that! Go and stay there if you are in the Hamburg area.

NIce place to stay for visiting Hamburg
Hotel Panorama Hamburg-Billstedt is a clean friendly hotel situated conveniently for both Rienbeck and Hamburg. Rooms are clean and comfortably. Breakfast is excellent and evening food can be obtained in the Bar down stairs and has a pleasant and affordable menu with service in a Pub type atmosphere. There is a large shopping centre just across the road

conveniently situated for my needs. Train Station, shopping Centre restaurants across the road. the city was in close proximity as well. No free WiFi which was a let down.

Very clean. Good breakfast for 8 euro. Good neighborhood with lots of restaurants in a few large sized supermarkets close by. The Metro is 700 meters away. the only downside to the hotel with internet was quite slow.

A good hotel
I was visiting a relative who is ill. The hotel meets my requirements for a convenient base from which to travel by U-Bahn to my cousin's hospital. Billstedt is only a 10 minute U-Bahn journey to the city centre. I usually stay at the Panorama Inn opposite but decided to 'upgrade' to the Panorama Hotel. Quite honestly, there is hardly any difference in the room facilities/quality AND you have to pay 8 Euros extra per day for breakfast at the Panorama Hotel, which is not worth it for a muesli-eating vegetarian! The Billstedt Centre has an excellent range of shops and food outlets. The immediate area has a large Turkish population, which is reflected in the independent shops and restaurants. I will be staying again.

Great Service
I always stay here when visiting Hamburg. The hotel is great clean and well presented. The staff are good Breakfast is great.. The prices are good and its not to far out of the main Hamburg centre. Theres a good shopping centre across the road and local ammeanaties are good for everything you need.

Good location
Good clean hotel. Nicely located across from shopping and restaurants. Although it is advertised as having free WiFi, it was not the case. As in most place in Germany, the WiFi is through a third part service provider and not through the hotel. They did have a computer in the lobby that could be used by the guests.

Bait and Switch Hotel
I thought I was staying at the hotel across the street but when I went to register they sent me to their sister hotel. The rooms were less than average, the staff was snippy and the breakfast was minimal and extremely expensive. I would not recommend this hotel!
