Staff is very friendly. Hotel is located about a 20 minute drive from the cruise port. There is nothing around here. So don’t expect to see Hamburg unless you are wanting to take transit back into the city. Hotel rooms are a bit dated. The shower in the bathroom was small. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Rooms are surprisingly nice!
The building in general is pretty so so, but I was pleasantly surprised by my room. It was great, lovely room and with a fridge and A/C! Unfortunately, the location is horrible, even more so with the train station closed.

Is a amazing place , is a bit far away from the Center , but if you are looking for peace and some private and quiet hotel , this is the best option. We loved the food was delicious in the breakfast, also the staff very nice .

Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed and the neighborhood is really a bit questionable. It does not feel safe to be alone outside after dark.

Great hotel in an industrial setting.
After arriving to the area of the hotel I had doubts. I was very wrong. This is a very nice hotel indeed. Quite large and well presented. The room was very clean and quite. We found parking out the front of the hotel to check in as we couldn't find the hotel parking. You have to enter to rear parking at the shopping centre next door. As you enter you will see a large sign at the rear for the hotel parking. We drove up the one lane ramp to the secure door, pressed the button and we were in. Fully undercover parking at a reasonable cost with direct access to the hotel from the Carpark. Reception was polite and helpful. We didn't use any of the hotels facilities or restaurants so can't report on them. The room was very good and comfortable. This hotel was good for us as we had a rental car, but not sure how this location would work for those who don't have a car. It is very handy to the city centre but might take a little while to walk there. This hotel is located in an industrial-ish area and the local inhabitants hanging out in front of the shops looked friendly enough, but we never had to interact or go near them anyway. Looks safe enough. The hotel is excellent and would recommend it for sure.

Good place for a quick stay.
ThiS hotel located close to S Bahn and taxis get you into tourist locations quick. The neighborhood is in transition and the streets are not as they indicate in google - so pay close attention to the little alley that leads you to the front door with the car. The bike rental stand is right on the property- that’s handy.
