Air conditioning in the room didn't work appropriately. Too much noise from the adjacent rooms, couldn't sleep well because of it.

The reservation included the room should be wheelchair friendly, meaning, the toilet, shower room should have been friendly to a double amputee. But the guest was told that there is no room which fulfils this condition. Upon his request a seat and a support for his legs were fetched to enable him take a shower, but was risky.

Would highly recommend
2 night stay while on a business trip. Located close to S1 line and supermarket. In a safe area where people were walking on their own late at night. Rooms were compact but not too small. Comfortable and not too warm. Food in restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Will most definitely stay again.

Room is good for the price, friendly and helpful staff. Couldn't turn off the heater and it was hot in my room. Opened the window but it was really loud outside as there was an event. Hotel has a free coffee machine + tea for guests. Breakfast was good.

The rooms were clean and modern. Bed was very comfortable. The reception staff were absolutely amazing and very helpful and approachable. The hotel is in a very good location, walking distance from Ottensen station, with lots of restaurants, supermarkets and amenities at hand. Also a short walk to Altona.

Rooms were clean, very comfortable and trendy. The staff were super lovely and helpful. On various nights they had entertainment and the food and coffee were great. Facilities such as the gym are available. It’s very close to Ottensen station and there are lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance.

Thee rooms are very clean and modern. It's in a residential area and therefore safe and quiet but lots of dining and shopping are closeby. Zoe at the front desk has been fantastic throughout my stay.

nice modern hotel
very nice and trendy hotel - bar service was slow and gave up - breakfast also expensive so went to a cafe down the road which was excellent and much better value. Room lovely and clean and hotel in general good value
