Terrible experience

It was awful we my husband is disabled and they couldn’t accommodate with a 1st floor room. The room there was an outlet coming out of the wall serious fire hazard .. when we went to have breakfast there was no eggs and bacon we had to wait 25 minutes for the food while staff was sitting and talking didn’t seem to be any supervision

The property is in good shape and relatively clean. The staff courteous and helpful. The bathroom in room 212 could use a little work, toilet paper holder falling out of wall, regrout shower, shower head whistles. But, a good place to stay the night.

The area was quiet and nice, but the breakfast was bad. Breakfast refrigerator bdid not work, there was no juice, no milk for cereal and could not make waffles. Only thing you could get was a few pieces of bacon and rubber eggs.

I did not have any expectations and even with that, the room was unclean and the door sweep, door and safety locks were all broken and had large gaps to the ground floor outside. This property needs work Quality Inn

Overall this property was decent. Stayed overnight when driving back to MD from FL. Just your average roadside hotel. The lady at the front desk was super friendly and got us into a room quickly. Room had all your typical necessities in it. Room was clean and didn’t have any super nasty smells or stains or anything. The access to the rooms are outside though and the cold air very easily got into the room from the gaps in the door, had the heater working OT to keep the room warm enough to sleep. That was my only complaint however. Breakfast was your typical free hotel breakfast and was a nice touch. Wouldn’t stay here for more than a night but it was a nice clean room to rest at and the staff was friendly.

We were welcomed right away very pleasant women manager welcomed and made sure hotel room was ready and opened door for us. Checking out I thought it was wonderful that someone was able to care for their children while able to work great experience will return

Drive to Florence for Better Choice

The pictures and reviews were very deceptive. The shower was gross and dirty. The carpet and furniture was worn out and dirty. The beds were glorified cots that squeaked. The breakfast was depressing, and the lobby was dirty. The lady at the counter was friendly. Also, the loud drunk next door kept me up half the night. Unfortunately, there were not many choices in Dillon.

The stay wasn’t bad and the rooms were decent and “seemed” clean on the surface. On the other hand, the bathroom was filthy especially the tub. The soap holder was black when the shower was white. The shower curtain had stains that looked like poop on it and you can tell they haven’t taken them down and washed them in quite a while. There was black hair on the walls and on the sides of the tub. No one in my family has black hair. I would give this place a 2 1/2 star rating.
