Always a great place to stay when we can’t get a place in Oxford for move in or parents weekend. Coffee bar service could use a little work though. Staff is always super helpful and nice, rooms are huge and very clean.

Exceptional and so cool, it’s a renovated warehouse, 30 ft ceilings, cement floors with rugs, great beds, uber clean, fresh & new, great linen, shower products… the staff was A+, University Miami spirit all the way, 20 min from University of Miami. Rosie sets up complimentary coffee bar for Miami events. Parking so easy and free. I have already booked next trip.

Cool property but if you have allergies and asthma make sure you book the 2nd or 3rd floor. This is a former mill with a warehouse feel The first floor has the original exposed ductwork etc. so it’s very musty. Otherwise very welcoming, clean and great front desk. Good coffee (free of charge) in the lobby.

The mini-fridge doesn't have a freezer area. The parking is off site and quite a walk away. The small parking lot wasn't lit at night. The main parking lot is lit but just a bit of a hike.

A warehouse converted

Modern design on the inside and abandoned warehouse on the outside. Pretty cool looking place and was excited to stay here. Our room was on the street side and was quiet overnight but traffic gets busier in the morning. Parking is a short walk down and across the street but to can unload/load at the main entrance. We would stay here again.

I had a wonderful time. The only thing was the parking was quite a hike. The security on the doors made me feel extra safe but not being able to access the building at the side entrance made the hike much more frustrating.

The Customers Service was Awesome!!! From the Front Desk when we checked in to the greetings we received everyday to the day we checked out. Our Room was Great with the view of the River. The coffee in the morning was a special touch that we loved. The Hydraulic Bar was Great from the Drinks to the Food and the Awesome Service! We really appreciate having to use of the fitness center at the Spooky Nook. We will be Back! Thanks to The Staff at Hotel and the fitness center!!!

Shower curtain was dirty. Did not like being on the first floor. The room was dark and I couldn’t open the curtains because the street and sidewalk were right there. The ceiling looked like the plaster was going to fall down on the beds. Very sterile room.

Cute start

Love the warehouse vibe and improving/converting pre-existing buildings. Also glad they are pet-friendly! Definitely felt closed in though since room window looks into more of the warehouse that hasn’t been remodeled (yet?). With my being young and enjoying walking, it wasn’t a deal-breaker but I can see how the older generations would have a problem with the distance of hotel to both parking/“close” restaurants.
