Disliked: Cleanliness
When we booked, we booked a superior lake/park view. When we checked in and got our room, we looked out the window and saw a tree and the city... The room was small, definitely not what we were expecting especially when it was one of the more expensive ones. After we came back from dinner and used the washroom, the bathtub looked absolutely disgusting, there was green and brown all over the drain, and the tub siding was coming off.
Overall our experience was very poor, and we will not be staying at that hotel again. Way too expensive for the quality of the rooms. The restaurant they have is very good, the food was great.

Disliked: Cleanliness
Very noisy - too many raunchy parties. There is a bar attached to the hotel and the overly loud music and noisy drunk hotel guests kept me up all night. The hotel itself is dated. Staff were not well trained in customer experience. I can’t recommend this hotel.
Everything was great except I paid for 2 queen size beds and they were 2 double beds not queen size at all so it was a tight squeeze for two people to sleep in one bed.
NOT VERY QUIET. HALLWAY NOISE. I WOULD STAY AGAIN FOR CONVENIENCE. GREAT STAFF.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Lobby decorated tastefully for the Holiday season and very inviting with aromatic scents. Check in was efficient and Noor was pleasant and attentive.
The room unfortunately was a little aged and tired looking.
The room was run-down, there was no working heater, pulling the blind down required climbing onto the desk, then the window ledge then behind the tv. The water had to run for 10 mins before it became warm and the toilet ran all night. Staff were responsive and was moved to a different room for duration of stay. Very disconcerting that they would place a guest in a room in December with no heat. Very disappointed. Had stayed at the property several years ago but never again. Staff were definitely helpful and doing their best but something is amiss.
