Lovely place to stay
Lovely clean spacious apartment. If I was nit-picking I would say that the kitchen cupboard doors are in need of a little bit of tlc but apart from that very good. The pool is lovely but a bit on the cold side for my liking but other people might think it was fine. The evening meal in the Restaurant was excellent & we would definitely eat there again. We are returning at Xmas & already looking forward to our next stay.

This us the 3rd time we have stayed. We are usually in an appartment in the hall itself and have always had a fantastic time. I was abit disappointed that we weren't staying in the hall this time but as it turned out we still had the best time. We stayed in a 2 bedroom appartment and it was massive. Beautiful inside and modern. It was more peaceful than the hall. The appartment was spotless, the cleaners do such a good job. The grounds are well kept. You feel very safe. The staff helpful and friendly. Lovely clean leisure centre/pool. Cant wait to come back next year whether its in the hall or not.

We (me and 3 kids) had a wonderful stay and are looking at returning. Great value for money. The pool was a highlight and we used it daily. We were also allowed to use the pool on our day of departure after checking out. Take your own towels to avoid £££ for renting them.

Lovely building but the accommodation is in blocks a short walk or drive from the hotel. No breakfast is served which is a shame. Rooms are nice, comfortable and warm. It’s self catering in the rooms, large.

Accidental delight! Comfy beds, spotless room, and a stay in an ancient castle-like historic compound. This place is maintained lovingly by a local association. It has multiple buildings on beautiful grounds, and is a suitable venue for any special event. We were simply looking for a place to land before our narrowboat adventure. What we got was a deep dive into history, staying at a home that once belonged to Lady Jane Grey. The staff was fantastic. We arrived too early for check in, yet the management was so kind, were offered an upgrade for our convenience. What a delightful piece of history we stumbled upon! Highly recommended!
