We've stayed at this hotel many times - the rooms are clean and the bar/lobby area is very nice. I was really disappointed on our most recent visit that nearly every piece of cardio equipment in the gym was broken. If you want to workout, plan to go outside!

Room was great, convenient location to the casino & shuttle bus & driver were great!! The front desk clerk was not overly friendly upon check in. The rest of the staff was pleasant. Free breakfast was great. We’d definitely stay again.

When we arrived, the king room we booked was not available. We were switched to a queen room with no change in the rate. Our first room did not have a functioning thermostat or heater. The second room we were given had a broken fridge, and the shower diverter only sent half the water to the shower head. No apologies were made for any of this.

This is the fourth time we stayed at the Hyatt, like past stays, the room was very clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. A shout out to Treacy our bartender, wonderful conversation and great drinks.

We love everything about this Hotel. The Rooms that include a sitting area with a sofa and TV, Coffee maker, Refrigerator and a lovely bathroom and Shower. The Free Breakfast is amazing and Includes a full breakfast with Eggs, Turkey bacon, Potatoes, French toast, Fruits, Yogurts, Coffees and Juices. The best part is the Shuttle bus to Mohegan sun . Every 30 minutes! The drivers were the best!
