First time in a Hyatt hotel in many years. This Hyatt Place was just average. - we brought 3 young granddaughters to property to go to Mystic Aquarium and needed to have hotel at moderate price with indoor pool. - Pool was fair. Pool was cold and definitely needed cleaning since wall tile was pretty dirty, area lacking in proper lightly and ceiling was severely peeling paint - Room was adequate. Wife thought it could have been cleaner Breakfast room was very crowded and we had to sit in lobby. Adequate choices for their free breakfast Will try another hotel next time.

great hotel

booked just to rest my head to sleep with husband and toddler very clean and nice friendly front desk and delicious breakfast hours were 7-10 I believe but everything was ready when I came down at 6:45

Very close to Mohegan Sun casino, but much better prices for a hotel room! Clean,quiet,convenient. Has a nice gum(although I didn’t get a chance to use) Beautiful room-large clean well appointed.

Excellent choice and close to casinos

This Hotel was chosen due to the close proximity to both Mohegan Sun and Foxwoods. The entire staff were very friendly. Each day a breakfast buffet was included and had several choices included cold juices and fresh oatmeal with toppings. The rooms were clean and included extra blankets. Very pleased.
