Great stay but NO Cell Service.

Staff was great, pillows and bed very comfortable, the shower was amazing. Mist pressure I have ever had in a hotel shower, the only downfall was the lack of cell service. I either had one bar or absolutely no service unless I was outside of the hotel.

This hotel was always my favorite every time I go to Connecticut . Since covid this is my first time back , I see lots of changes in the hotel . I would say from luxuary down to a regular ordinary hotel. Luckily the room and bedding are clean .

My stay with family is great, but They just need to put more curtain on the windo, because is really bright in the morning. The room is really huge with big couch that i think you can open become another bed, and you can find extra pillow and blanket in the drawer.

Very nice hotel. The staff were all very pleasant. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast had a little bit of every thing. The pool was not up to par it the poolarea and pool it self needed a redo and a cleaning the location didn't have a lot around it

Was okay i guess

The hotel overall was decent nothing special the chair for the tub wasnt to good for handicap people. The pool was great. The room itself the king bed wasnt a king it was a queen bed the water by the bed they put in the room is 6.00 if you touch it so i dont understand why put it in the room when they sell it downstairs cold. The rooms didnt have any bags for clothes it was very simple not a fan pf the way the tv is set up you cant see on the so called king bed it more for the sofa bed they have

The Staff and service were amazing! Free breakfast was delicious with several choices. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. One of the easiest check-in's I've ever experienced. Would highly recommend this hotel for several reasons, one of course being only a mile from Mohegan Sun Casino, with a shuttle service.
