The hotel is showing signs of wear. The furniture has very obvious dings and chips, the elevators aren't clean. The overall feel is the property is not being optimally maintained. This has been my wife's and my go to place to stay whenever we visit Ct but we are considering other properties for future visits.

Housekeeping staff was easy to find but not intrusive. Check in and check out went fine staff was very pleasant and professional. My room was very clean and I took full advance of the breakfast, pool, and casino shuttle. This was my first time at this hotel but I had a good time.

Great place to stay if you are going to Mohegan Sun Casino. The room was super spacious and having a couch/desk area made this a step above other hotels near by. The room and hotel was super clean and all staff were helpful. They offer a shuttle to the casino.

Not happy

So the check in was great, room is clean and comfy however we had to call maintenance for a clogged toilet. An hour later they left a plunger at our door. They didn't help us... just left it at our door. I couldn't fix it and I called again but nobody answered so I had no toilet all night. Not a happy customer.

Mediocre housekeeping

We expected housekeeping the first but no one came, we did put out our sign to come later as stated on the card, but by evening no one had showed up. We stopped at the front desk, we were told that we would have to pick up our own towels and take them up, and we would not receive housekeeping because they were gone for the day. Upon returning to the hotel we asked about our towels. The gentleman on duty was nice enough to say he would drop them off and pick up the wet ones. We did receive housekeeping the second day because they wrote a note to make sure they came. There was mold on the grout in the shower, which never did get cleaned the entire trip. Assumed we’d have a microwave and a safe, never thought to look it is a standard in most hotel rooms now, but we did not have one and you can receive a microwave, but you have to reserve one.

Upon arrival-at the hotel lobby-extremely hot. A/C wasn’t turned on-because the next morning for breakfast-conditions were much better-A/C was turned on. The workout room was the big disappointment. 3 tread mills-2 was broken & both elliptical machines was broken. So, instead I ended up walking & jogging outside the hotel area.
