Amazing hotel with family, friendly feel
Picked up from the airport - lovely lady was waiting with a board with my name on it (and others) gave us all close garlands and a lovely tour of the island - food trucks, supermarket and where to get other bits. The hotel is LOVELYYYY - very nice and my room was huge - very clean and the WiFi works perfectly. Breakfast is very lovely too and healthy. You can tell they think about every last detail. I wanted to go to the Kari Kari show one night and they booked this for me.

A beautiful property right in the heart of town. A short walk to lots of great shops and restaurants. Opted for the transfer which included a little tour of the town which was very useful to help get our bearings. Service was great, breakfast was super delicious - including the sumptuous breakfast box for our sunrise tour. Would highly recommend.

Service and staff was excellent. Right in the middle of downtown so lots of dining options in walking distance. Breakfast is very nice. I recommend going through them for tours as they know all the guides.

Hare Nua is one of the friendliest places I've stayed. It really felt like a family home but with lots of luxuries thrown in. All the staff are so engaged and helpful. The breakfasts include a wide range of foods plus freshly made eggs as you like them. Although there's no restaurant on site there are lots really nearby - the location is really central and you can walk anywhere in town. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms beautifully done. I enjoyed the swimming pool and jacuzzi most days. Highly recommended.

Great location and property--beautiful courtyard!
So happy with our stay at Hare Nua. Maria and Sebastian were excellent. We loved our breakfast each morning! We were there during July, a cooler month, so too cool for swimming but the pool was beautiful and looked very inviting! The entire courtyard was enchanting and we loved having coffee on the front porch area of the lobby. The location was walkable to several places so we did not rent a car. Lots of good restaurants nearby--the pizzeria in particular had great service and food, as did Aringa Ora. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Easter Island!

It was such a lovely place. They made sure we had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds. Nice clean bathroom. Breakfast was nice. The location is perfect. Great fresh fish and empanadas restaurant just across the street. Highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel.

The property is interesting and historic. The staff was amazing. Isabella, who picked us up at the airport and was on the hotel staff, was hilarious and friendly. The breakfast was interesting and different, but very tasty. We were very happy with our choice.

Nice, clean and very comfortable facility that is centrally located on the Main Street. All staff are very nice and friendly, and they serve wonderful breakfast in mornings. The breakfast tables are labeled with guests’ names and with very fresh and healthy food. I really appreciate their special effort to help delivering my forgotten laptop from my room to the airport. This just tell you how responsible and helpful they are as hosts in this family run hotel. I would highly recommended to anybody who visit Easter Island to stay here!

Everyone was welcoming and helpful from the moment Maria picked us up at the airport. Sebastian was there to explain Hare Nua's history. Room was clean and spacious (corner) Breakfast was amazing, more than we could eat!!!They are near the market, so we could get snacks and extra water (filtered water provided was appreciated but quite flat and tasteless) They gave us restaurant recommendatiions as well. I recommend Harer Nua to anyone visiting Easter Island (Rapa Nui, Isla de Pascua).

Great stay!
The hosts were so nice. They take great care to make sure their guests have a wonderful stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. They did a really nice breakfast and arranged our tours for us. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The only constructive criticism I can give is that the description on the hotel booking sites need to be updated. They all say that there are 2 beach bars at the hotel. There is no bar at the hotel. There was a refrigerator in the common area that I believe had beer in it. So you can certainly grab one and enjoy it at a table but no actual bar. It didn't impact our stay at all. We were out and about doing tours most of the time. I'm not sure we would have used it anyway. I would definitely stay here again.
