The room was spacious and had everything needed to use as a basecamp for Capitol Reef area exploration. There is a great restaurant across the street and grocery store around the corner.

Really liked the individual cabins. Well maintained and very clean both inside and outside. Beds were comfortable and internet worked well. This was my second stay.

Check in was very difficult. We had no cell service for much of the time preceding our stay and did not get a text message concerning the numbers and entry codes of our three cabins. There is no office and the person we had to call was very close to rude in our phone call. There was no ice machine available, but we met some other occupants at the fire and they were able to give us some ice. On the other side, we had ice but no hot water for a shower in at least two of our three cabins. There is a good restaurant across the street which was very good to see in a remote town such as Hanksville. One of the cabins had a chemical smell which resulted in having a window open all night. One person in our party cut her leg on an exposed sharp edge of the bed frame. Muddy Creek was a good option for this area, despite some of the problems we encountered.

this place is one of the best places I had the chance to stay. So many great things to do around the area. coming to rest to a very nice clean/clean/clean place is a big plus. and that shower so good

Nice cabins
It was a very nice, clean cabin. Conveniently located and we enjoyed our stay. Not much counter space in the bathroom, but overall we liked the cabin.

I was very pleasantly surprised with how much I enjoyed staying here, the cabins are super nice and comfortable. They are pretty new so of course they are clean too. The only thing I would change would be the fact that you get a microwave but no freezer but not a huge deal. Overall I will be back!
