All staff are very friendly and helpful! Sofia went out of way in helping us with special requests! They packed nice breakfast for us when we had to leave early for Haling Bay trip. The restaurant staff’s service was excellent and it has nice view of the Cathedral. The hotel is located right in the middle of old quarter and next to Cathedral. Perfect hotel and service. Will come back again.

The service and the “ going the extra mile “ is a definite beyond this brand hotel. The GM Jack and staff are always on hand to provide exceptional hospitality. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary and Jack had planned a special surprise in our upgraded room. We always felt welcomed in this hotel. This boutique hotel is highly recommended for guests seeking a special stay in the ‘ old quarter ‘ in Hanoi.

Great 5 star hotel in the Old Quarter Hanoi . A great Roaring Twenties motif with amazing era furnishings. Rooftop bar and pool and a great spa downstairs. Perfectly located near all the activities in the Old Quarter. Great dining room with excellent food. The very best thing is the staff at all levels. The concierge staff are fantastic. They will find you , provide you or fix anything and everything you need . I have to mention Camellia , while everyone was wonderful she is amazing , beyond 5 star service !
