Located in the old quarter of Hanoi just a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake, the hotel is a boutique hotel with an exceptional level of hospitality. Staff of the hotel are friendly and helpful and can anticipate your needs including a preference for a shower cubicle instead of a bathtub. The breakfast buffet is sumptuous with western and Vietnamese dishes served at level 9 where you can get a good view of Saint Joseph’s Cathedral. The rooftop bar and swimming pool is a good place to relax at night.

The hotel is right on the heart of the Old Quarter next to Saint Joseph’s Cathedral, a short walk from Hoan Kiem Lake. Breakfast at level 9 is a sumptuous affair with Western and Vietnamese dishes. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

The staff was very friendly and attentive. We loved the food at the hotel especially the breakfast buffet. Our server was very nice and accommodating. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. There are just some water spots on the marble from previous use but not a big issue
