We stayed here before heading to Halong Bay and the hotel went above and beyond to support our journey. They offered us a complimentary takeaway lunch for the road and even surprised us with a short shoulder massage after check out. These thoughtful gestures really made us feel special. The breakfast buffet was incredible, with freshly made noodle dishes and lot of variety. It's the little things that turn a good stay into a great one

This was my first time in Hanoi and I was a bit nervous about navigating the busy Old Quarter. Luckily, this hotel made everything easier. It’s in a prime location but not too chaotic, perfect for easing into the Hanoi vibe. The staff spoke excellent English and helped arrange a SIM card, currency exchange, and even booked me a seat on a Halong Bay day cruise. Everything felt very safe and manageable, even as a solo female traveler. I’d absolutely stay here again.

What stood out to me about this hotel was the location: there are so many amazing food options within walking distance. From bun cha to egg coffee to sticky rice and grilled fish, it’s all just a few blocks away. I walked to Train Street twice during my stay, and also visited the night market which is super lively on weekends. The staff here were so friendly and helpful, they even gave me a printed map with all the must-try local dishes marked. It made my solo trip so much more enjoyable.

From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel like family. Check-in was smooth, and we were welcomed with tea and local sweets. Every team member, from bellboys to receptionists was polite, helpful, and always smiling. We tried the hotel’s in-house spa and were blown away. The massage was one of the best we’ve had anywhere, professional, relaxing, and thorough. Thuong, our therapist, was incredibly skilled. Highly recommend!

The hotel exceeded our expectation in all areas. The location couldn't be any better, we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and extremely good restaurant are on it's doorstep. Service was truly personal and fantastic from start to finish. The front desk greeted you with a welcome drink and comfy seat as they check you in. The were always ready with helpful tips, making our Hanoi experience even more memorable. They also offered to hold our luggage while we went to Ha Long Bay for the night and the day we checked out we had a tour and they offered us a room to shower so we could freshen up. Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed at Hanoian Central Hotel exploring old quarter before leaving for Ha Long Bay Cruise. The hotel is clean and very conveniently located. The minute we arrived all the staff were very helpful, kind, friendly and very professional from the front desk to restaurant staffs. They made sure that every detail was taken care of to make my stay memorable. On the first night we had dinner in the hotel's restaurant and were served by Mr. Thanh another caring and considerate person. Food was excellent. We will definitely recommend and return to Hanoin Central Hotel

This was a lovely hotel with great location, but by far its biggest strength is the charming attention to detail and warm attitude of its staff. The receptionist Quin Anh went out of her way to make sure we are cared for and arranged for our transportation even when we were at another location. The hotel is conveniently located as well. All tours know the hotel as well and most will organize to pick up and drop off from this hotel location. It was a wonderful stay and I absolutely will stay again if in Hanoi

Great experience

I choose this hotel through a friend's recommendation. The location of the hotel is right in the heart of Hanoi, close and walking distance to all major spots. Very surprised by the service and atmosphere of this place. The staff was very friendly, enthusiastic to help and ask questions during my stay. All staffs always welcome us even gave us gilts before we leave. They even offer us a free shower services... just amazing

Charming and delightdul

Such a lovely experience! Staff was super friendly, the location was great and the room beautiful/ They're great about opening doors, greeting you, and front staff was very helpful. They kept my luggage after I checked out, and when I returned to the hotel to pick up my luggage, they let me use the shower, so I was able to board the plan feeling refreshed. If I visit Vietnam again, I will definitely stay at this hotel

Great hotel

Really superb place to stay in the beat of the old city. The staff were stupendous and facilities were excellent and clean.Great quality of breakfast, some of the best black coffee I've ever had in the morning. The hotel was well situated and nicely appointed, but the real treat was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly and helpful. They take care of us from the moment we check in, asking about our plans and recommended tour information, city sightseeing. We would absolutely stay here again next time we're in Hanoi

Right as I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by the warm smiles and genuine hospitality of the staff. Every team member was incredibly polite, helpful and attentive, making me feel comfortable and valued from the very beginning. The hotel's location was fantastic, withing easy walking distance to all the main attractions and popular local food spots. It made exploring the city so convenient and enjoyable. I was very impressed with the warm hospitality from the moment I arrived. The front desk staff greeted me with bright smiles and a welcome drink of tea and delicious mung bean cakes. I like the cakes so much that I asked where to buy them, and the staff kindly recommended a nearby local shop and even gave me a map. They also introduced me to their Ha Long Bay and Trang An tour in a very detailed and friendly way. Although I couldn't join the tours this time due to personal plans, I look forward to trying them on my next visit

Perfect vacation with great breakfast, clean rooms, comfortable beds, solid massages at Vita Spa and night drinks at the bar. The location is fantastic and the staff are incredibly helpful. I'd like to personally thank Mr. Toan who showed us to our room and helped us with great dinner recommendations in the area. Hanoian Central Hotel was so beautifully decorated throughout in a very traditional style. The location is centered in old quarter so it is very convenient to move around the city. Breakfast was none of the highlights for me, food options were diverse and delicious! All the staff were warm and courteous during my stay, from prior interactions. Very helpful with restaurant recommendations and reservations. and activities booking. Also, shout out to Elsa, concierge, for helping us so much through the process. We will come back!

Location - fantastic ! Right in the middle of the old quarter, and it's so easy to walk to the different tourist places. Around it, we can also easily find great food around, no matter we returned left or right from the hotel. Henry was the first person we really talk to upon arrival. He is the most welcoming, cheerful , wonderful person and made our stay amazing (Else also). He gave us many recommendations for Hanoi, all of which were perfect. Thank you again. If I stay again, I will find him without a doubt

The hotel is conveniently located in the old quarter and is beautifully maintained. The staff are accommodating and helpful at all times. Being mainly in English speaker the staff understood everything and helped out in so many ways. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and nothing was hard work. I heard that the hot stone massage here is famous, so I tried and it was really nice because it was massaged with warm stones. I felt truly relaxed. I can't recommend this place enough and wouldn't hesitate to stay at Hanoian Central Hotel again when I return to Hanoi

Brilliant hotel and had a fantastic time. Made Hanoi even more fun to know that had somewhere in the center that was an oasis of calm to retreat back too. Room are clean and well maintained. The breakfast spread of good and they make it a point to change the spread on daily basic. All the staff member would great you and help with your request throughout your trip to make sure everything is alright. In my case, Qun Anh (Elsa) helped us with my stay, and I saw her each morning at breakfast, she gave me a gift when I was leaving for the airport. Keep up the good work! We will stay at this hotel for future trips to Hanoi

I absolutely loved staying here, even though it was so short! I was greeted with such a warm welcome at Hanoian Central Hotel & Spa, by the most friendly and helpful staff. The location is really good. Beer street, Hoan Kiem Lake and Train Street are all close to this hotel, making a great place for tourists to stay. The room is very clean and has everything you need. A special shout out to Qun Anh, the kindest and most professional hotelier I've ever met. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home and even gave us amazing recommendations for our travels beyond Hanoi. She told us about a currency exchange office with a great rate and shared a lots of helpful tips about trusted shops in the area. It was really lovely and I was very grateful! I would definitely recommend when in Hanoi

Excellent hotel

This little boutique hotel hotel in Hanoi is absolutely stunning! The entire staff including the bell boys, housekeeping and restaurant staff all get 5 stars! The hotel is so clean, quiet and a place that I highly recommend to anyone who is in Hanoi. As we enjoyed welcome drink and cake at the lobby, the hotel staff Quin Anh briefed us on the location of recommended places of interest and famous local street food with detailed map. She even what'sapp us a list of eating places recommended by hotel chef. She also provided the train schedule knowing that we planned to visit the famous train street. Upon our return from Ha Long Bay cruise, although we were not checking in and was just waiting for out transportation to Sapa, the staff still helped us with our luggage, served drinks, looked out for the arrival of our transport and sent us off warmly. If I came back to Hanoi, I would not hesitate to book this hotel again. Highly recommend!

Great way to enjoy the old quarter

Chanced upon this hotel while looking for a 4 star boutique hotel with good reviews. Never expect that the service and facilities would be so good! The hotel itself is pristine with fantastic accommodations and the entire team working there was so nice and helpful. They made the stay that much more incredible. Tu was who we worked with the most and she was wonderful, she gave us recommendations for things to do and eat nearby and they were all phenomenal recommendations. She helped us arrange travel and was always so kind. There's also daily buffet breakfast provided by the hotel, the spread/variety of food is good. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will come back again!
